Where do lessons happen?
Wherever works best for you — your home, or a public spot like a library or community center. We'll go over the meeting options together when you book your first visit.
Which towns do you serve?
Warwick, East Greenwich, Cranston, West Warwick, Coventry and North Kingstown — and we're happy to travel anywhere in Rhode Island for a small travel fee that depends on your location.
What do the lessons cover?
Any issue or problem you're having on the tech side of things — phones, tablets, computers, email, photos, scams, you name it. You bring the questions; we bring the patience.
Will you need my passwords?
No. You enter your own passwords and payment details. We never record passwords, banking or medical information.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem at all — just call or text at least two hours before your visit. There's no charge for rescheduling.
